Telehealth Visits

Speak with your therapist or our front office staff about scheduling a telehealth appointment. If you have any questions, please refer to our Telehealth FAQ.

Step 1: Patient Forms

After you have scheduled your first telehealth appointment, you should receive an email stating you have forms available to complete (example below). These forms are required to be able to participate in a therapy visit with us, and to charge for your copay or deductible required by your insurance company. Coverage and benefits vary by insurance. 

Please click the link in the email, create a patient portal if you have not already, and sign and submit the forms. 

Step 2: Accessing Your Telehealth Visit

At the scheduled time of your telehealth visit, please navigate to your therapist’s biography page on our website and click on their Telehealth Waiting Room Link. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Telehealth Waiting Room Page on our website. Click the waiting room of your therapist from there.


Step 3: Waiting Room

Please make sure you’ve allowed access to your microphone and camera. You will have an opportunity to see the video of yourself. You will need to enter your name, and click “Check In”. Please stay on the page and keep it open. Your therapist will open the session and you should be able to see and hear each other.
