“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations , all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” – Rachel Naomi Remen

Stephanie Rancourt is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in 2016. She is a Certified Complex Trauma Treatment Professional (CCTP/CCTP-II) and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional (CDBT). Stephanie is experienced in helping adults heal from trauma and painful past experiences, low self-esteem, negative relationship and attachment patterns, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. She firmly believes in the power of creating a safe and non-judgmental space where her clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges.

Drawing from techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, she empowers her clients to develop practical coping strategies and insights that foster growth and transformation.

Stephanie’s mission is to inspire hope and facilitate healing in every individual she works with. She is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, fostering resilience, and promoting self-discovery.

“I believe that every individual possesses the innate capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. Through our work, we will navigate the complexities of your experiences, cultivate resilience, and pave the way for a future filled with hope, strength, and self-empowerment.”
