Ms. Burckhardt earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and her Master of Education in General Counseling from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She has held clinical licensure since 1999. Rebecca (Becky) has worked in Community Mental Health, managed behavioral healthcare, and private practice settings. Most of
her direct practice has focused on adults and couples. Becky’s approach to therapy is client-centered and strength-based to assist and educate clients in achieving problem-solving, self- awareness, and personal growth. Her personal approach is empathetic, compassionate, and solution oriented. She treats her office as a safe space in which clients will be validated, nurtured, supported, and challenged to develop a better understanding of themselves and the power to change their own life.
