“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance” – Eckhart Tolle
“Personal growth occurs when a client feels safe and supported in the therapeutic relationship. I help my clients examine their current stressors, and, with a sense of openness and curiosity, learn healthier and more effective ways of thinking about and responding to these life challenges. This is done collaboratively, by building on their strengths, and honoring their uniqueness. I will be privileged to walk with you through your journey, as we design a pathway toward a life of greater health, well-being and happiness.”
