Ehren Flynn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience providing counseling and related services to individuals and families. He takes a collaborative approach that is compassionate, respectful, practical and effective. Ehren is passionate about helping people develop skills to heal, grow, connect and ultimately thrive.
Areas of focus include stress, life-transitions, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD and issues related to work, school, relationships, parenting and family. Ehren’s practice incorporates cognitive behavioral approaches and mindfulness skills.
Ehren earned a Master of Arts in Social Work from Salem State College in Salem, Massachusetts in 2007. He has held a clinical license in social work since 2009 and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia since 2014. Ehren provides telehealth therapy throughout Virginia and in-person services at our Brandermill office in Midlothian, Virginia.
