Dwight Porter is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing for the past 7 years in the Richmond and Hampton Roads area. Previously, he worked as a school counselor in VA, NC and GA helping youth from 10 to 18 years old reach their full potential. Varied experiences in education and community mental health have led me to the following beliefs:

Uniqueness and value can be found in everyone.
Dwight works with men’s issues, sexuality and HIV awareness, planning for retirement, coping with depression, anxiety and stress, family relationships and care giving, school phobia, childhood depression, improving grades, time management, talking about feelings, and anger.
