Carly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has 10 years of experience working with adolescents and youth in foster care services, intensive in-home services, and school-based mental health services. Carly received her Bachelors of Social Work from Christopher Newport University and went on to get her Masters of Social Work from George Mason University.

Carly focuses on using person-centered strengths-based therapy with clients to empower and encourage them in their life’s journey. She specializes in supporting youth and adolescents, as well as partnering with caregivers to provide support and education. Carly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered therapy strategies to best support each individual client. 

Carly loves being back in Newport News after getting married this summer. She and her husband love spending time with friends and family, as well as checking out new restaurants.
