Janae earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2016. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has worked in the mental health field since 2013 servicing individuals and families in numerous settings including residential placements, community based settings, schools and private practice.
Janae currently works with adolescents, adults, couples and families using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy to address client’s needs. She provides support to clients while addressing a variety of topics including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and women’s issues.
