Connor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma, mental health, substance use, grief, and spirituality. He takes a compassionate, individualized, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns and experiences underlying their struggles. His goal is to create a supportive space where clients can develop greater self-understanding, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward lasting change and a greater sense of wholeness.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and has additional training in trauma-informed care, Psychodrama, and Holotropic approaches. His professional experience spans a variety of settings, including substance use rehabilitation, hospice and end-of-life care, acute psychiatric care for mental and mood disorders, and spirituality counseling.
