To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson

“I believe in today’s society with all the advances in technology, how easy it can be to ignore real interactions with others which at times may cause distant, and strained relationships. This as well as trying to keep up with all of today’s demands causes much stress. I work with clients to learn what those stressors are, how to anticipate them before they become overwhelming and develop more effective coping skills. Building insight in ourselves to know what our goals are in life, what makes us internally happy and how to better navigate through the stress, past unhealthy experiences and relationships to build strengths are strategies I use to help clients grow.”

“Life is a journey not a destination.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson

Testimonials

“Ms. Arnold has been a valuable asset to my family’s and my mental well-being as well as coping with some very difficult situations. Through her guidance and care, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my son and feel she saved his life. She was there to identify the clues of suicidal tendencies and was extremely helpful in getting him the care he needed at an [inpatient facility]. Personally she has been the best therapist I’ve ever seen and has assisted me in a grounding focus and personal growth.”
