“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations , all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” – Rachel Naomi Remen

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying in a supportive and meaningful way.

Stephanie Rancourt is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adult individuals and couples. She specializes in women’s mental health, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Stephanie is especially passionate about supporting women through the transitions of pregnancy and the postpartum period, recognizing both the emotional challenges and identity shifts that can come with this stage of life. In her work with couples, she supports partners in improving communication, navigating conflict, and strengthening emotional connection.

Stephanie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College  and brings over a decade of clinical experience to her work. She is a Certified Complex Trauma Treatment Professional (CCTP), certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and has completed Levels 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.

Her approach helps clients move beyond surface-level coping to understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and Gottman Method interventions. Stephanie balances compassion with gentle honesty, supporting clients in gaining insight, building practical skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Stephanie is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can gain insight, build effective coping strategies, and develop more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. She believes that with the right support, individuals and couples have the capacity to heal, grow, and create lasting change.
