Kenyetta Baldwin received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in 2015 and is currently in her Ph. D program of Community Counseling with Liberty University. Kenyetta has also worked in many different roles and settings, to include as an Intensive In-Home Counselor but mostly in private mental health agencies where she worked in the capacity of Clinical Director and Outpatient Therapist for multiple years. Kenyetta is dual licensed in the states of Virginia and New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and currently provides individual, couples, and family therapy. Kenyetta enjoys working with populations of all ages, with an extensive history working with school-aged children (preteen ages 9-12), adolescent and young adults (ages 13-21), and older adults. Kenyetta has experience with varying mental illnesses and life adjustment issues, to include anxiety and depression, trauma and grief,  self-esteem and confidence, along with work-life balance and life transitions. 

Kenyetta’s counseling style is warm, motivational, and solution-focused. Kenyetta utilizes experience with a combination of multiple skilled therapies, such as Psychodynamic, CBT and REBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused to support clients with reaching therapeutic goals. Kenyetta believes respect and compassion within the therapeutic relationship provide a strong foundation for growth, further promoting comfort within dialogue.

Kenyetta is currently accepting individuals and couples, ages 16+ for various life adjustments and transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence, stress management, and struggles with work and life balance.
