“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” – A.A. Milne
I believe that adversity and life challenges are opportunities for growth. I focus on helping clients identify and strengthen their talents, skills, and resources and to effectively apply them to navigate current and future difficulties. I also empower clients in affecting change by identifying problematic thoughts and behaviors and shifting them towards healthier, more productive responses to life’s challenges.
