Sarah Heard, LCSWLicensed Clinical Social Worker
"Life is but a road we walk. Sometimes we know where we are going and how to get there. Other times we take a "wrong" turn and end up on an unforeseen journey. Individuals learn from their experiences but sometimes need assistance in seeing the patterns of their choices. Every individual comes to the therapeutic relationship with strengths. Most individuals are seeking help in learning other ways to cope and deal with past trauma and want a safe and confidential relationship where these needs can be met. As your therapist, I would like to share in your journey toward self-improvement, enjoying life and experiencing happiness."
