Natasha Caravati is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Sociology and minor in Psychology, and her Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has vast experience working with children, adolescents, families and young adults, while utilizing different therapeutic approaches in session including cognitive behavioral, structural family, play techniques, and person centered counseling approach.
Natasha has experience working with client's struggling with ADHD, child behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, family problems, foster care, and trauma. Christian counseling is available if desired by the client. Through her therapeutic relationship, she supports her clients and offers encouragement as they learn to navigate their trials in new ways. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends.
