John Mathews, LCSWLicensed Clinical Social Worker
"Change is tough - it can be difficult to take the first step. But you can change, and you don’t have to do it alone. Through counseling you can heal from emotional pain, learn skills to relieve depression and anxiety, and restore your passions to create a richer life. I want to help you break free of your comfort zone, take risks, and try new things that will inspire you to grow. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can build your new self. Counseling is a time to experiment - it should be rewarding and fun! I believe in a collaborative approach, and my first goal is to understand yours. Take the next step in creating positive change. I'll join you for the ride."
